The program is designed for the general public to have direct contact/interface with elected officials in their areas such as Members of Parliament, Senators, Councilors and Political Party leaders to engage in leadership discussions on various development issues, projects and policies that affect their daily lives. Debates and discussions will be organized with elected officials and the general populace in communities at village, ward, district, provincial and national levels to help stimulate, broaden dialogue and promote more inclusive and pluralistic discourse and community cohesion at grassroots level.

The engagement programs and activities will enable citizens to be informed through balanced research and analysis on the past success, burdens and benefits of proposed policies in other jurisdictions
